The plate washing machine special design by HERZPACK for flexo plate cleaning, the machine including with chemical clenaing, water flushing and dry in one machine.

- The quick and gentle cleaning process is fully automatic and leaves the plates 100% clean and dry within very short time.
- Manual cleaning is easy to damage the printing plate. From a health and safety perspective, this approach is time-consuming and often problematic. The operator's main energy should be devoted to the printing process and printing preparation.
- All types of ink are possible, and this machine is designed for environmentally friendly cleaning.
- The machine is made of stainless steel casing, which is more high-grade and durable.
- After the printing operation is complete, all the printing plates are placed on the conveyor belt, and the printing plate is automatically brought into the whole cleaning process.
- The washing and rinsing series provides an automatic two-stage cleaning process. The first stage is liquid cleaning and the second stage is rinsing with water.
- The liquid is provided with a circulating filtration function.
- The unique combination of a specially manufactured soft brush and a special cleaning solution ensures an efficient and gentle plate cleaning process.
- Water will remove the ink residue and cleaning fluid.
- After hot air drying, the plate can be 100% clean and dry, and can be reused immediately. The whole process only takes a few minutes.
