Plasma Spraying Equipment        The SULZER three-cathode plasma spraying system in Switzerland is used to conduct the plasma thermal spraying of ultra-hard ceramic layer by strict process. The equipment has the characteristics of good process stability, high power and high deposition efficiency.Ensure the porosity, thickness and uniformity of the ceramic layer.
Laser Engraving Equipment       Taking the most advanced ALE optical fiber laser engraving three machines, and its max power reaches 500 watt, and using "three beams"and "multi-beating" to generate cell which is deeper and smoother than that generated by the ordinary one. So it is benefit for the ink transfer.
Cell Tester         Adopting the advanced British-made tester, designed for Ceramic Anilox use, the cell tester can measure accurately the cell's volume,the cell size, the cell surface area, the cell depth,the cell cross-section angle and the cell's 3-D images.
