Satellite flexo printing machine
MT series satellite flexo printing machine is a flexographic printing equipment developed by our company on the basis of absorbing foreign technical experience and printing on easily deformable materials such as plastic film and non-woven fabric. The whole machine adopts servo drive control, using environmentally friendly water-based ink, high precision and low pollution. The machine has complete functions, simple operation, low production cost, and can increase the in-line post-press processing function according to customer needs, and meet the production needs of customers to a large extent.
Performance characteristics:
1.The center embossing roller adopts double wall constant temperature cooling cycle design
2.It is stable with 120mm thick frame wall printing station.
3.New color independent drying design, better drying effect
4.Using a quick-change sleeve type plate roll and anilox roll
5.The plate roller pressure and the anilox roller pressure are controlled by the servo motor, which is easy
to operate.
6.Install an automatic overprinting system with pre-overprinting function, which can be printed at startup,
saving cost
7.Equipped with remote fault diagnosis function to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot
8.Equipped with non-stop automatic rewinding and unwinding function to promote production and reducewaste
9.Installed with an embracing multi-electrode corona treatment system for better film printing
